Admissions and Marketing Director

The Admissions and Marketing Director is responsible to oversee the admissions process and for keeping census at company agreed upon levels. This person works closely with hospital discharge planers, the community, doctors and patient families to ensure a seamless admission process.

Some responsibilities include: conducting center tours, coordinating room assignments, completion of admission documentation, confirming payer sources and internal customer service programs.
In addition, the Director of Admissions works hand in hand with the business office and clinical teams to ensure patients are appropriate for our center clinically have suitable payer sources. To accomplish these tasks, the Director will work with all potential referral sources to build and maintain relationships, market our center in the community and surrounding areas and complete on site visits with families and patients at the hospital before admission.

Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
Bachelor's preferred
Clinical background preferred
