September Employee of the Month

We are thrilled to announce Jeannie Everett, STNA, as our September Employee of the Month! Jeannie has been an incredible part of our team for nearly 18 years, always going above and beyond for our residents with her warm, cheerful spirit.



Born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio, Jeannie has been happily married to her husband, Mark, for 22 years. Together, they’ve built a beautiful family, raising three daughters—Mindi, Michelle, and Shannon—and one son, Adam. Her heart only grew with the addition of eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, with whom she loves spending her time outside of work.

Jeannie’s kindness and dedication have touched us all here at Lafayette, creating unforgettable moments with residents and staff alike. Her friendship and positive attitude make her a cherished member of our family, and we couldn’t be more grateful for all she does. If you see Jeannie in the halls, be sure to congratulate her on this well-deserved honor!
