West Lafayette, Ohio - Lafayette Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation is lucky to have Jeff Hostetler as there maintenance director. Jeff keeps our facility up to code with all the regulatory building requirements and also fixes anything we need on campus and that the residents need fixing.
