June Employee of the Month

We would like to give a big congratulations to April Gump, LPN for being voted Employee of the Month! April has been with our Lafayette building since April of 2023. She is one of our midnight nurses who loves helping wherever she's needed, regardless of shifts. You will often see April picking up on day shifts too!

"I was a home health nurse for 15 years and I wanted to do something new and different. My best friend, Amy Morris, suggested I come to Lafayette Pointe to work. I am very happy I did! This is such a great place to work. I love leading bible study and participating in the residents' activities. My residents and our team are my motivation to come to work every day; they are all so great. I do recommend this facility to those looking for care or employment. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, and spending time with my grandson."
