West Lafayette, Ohio - Lafayette Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has the BEST team! We were challenged to make a superhero cape that represented our facility! We couldn't do our jobs each day without EVERY single department!! Tough times don't last, but TOUGH TEAMS DO!
