Meet the Manager - Ashlee Davis

Lafayette Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is thrilled to welcome Ashlee Davis to our team as our Director of Admissions and Marketing!

Meet Ashlee

"I have previous experience as an STNA in an assisted living facility. I also have past healthcare experience as a registration clerk and receptionist. I have completed the Pharmacy Technician course at Buckeye Career Center giving me knowledge and experience in medical terminology and pharmacology.

I've worked in the healthcare industry for five years on and off while taking some time off to stay home with my children. At a very young age, I knew that I wanted to work in healthcare. I originally wanted to work in pediatrics or labor and delivery. Healthcare and caring for others have always been a passion of mine. As I grew a little into the industry, my focus shifted to healthcare administration and leadership. In healthcare leadership, I still have the capabilities of helping people just in a different way.

My favorite part about this job is knowing that I am helping make a difference in someone's life, whether it is the resident or their family. I get to help make a difference. The interactions I get to have with the residents are another favorite of mine. If I were to describe my career in three words, it would be rewarding, challenging and motivating.

I am from Uhrichsville, Ohio, where I grew up and graduated high school. I have been a Uhrichsville resident my entire life. Some of my favorite hobbies include camping and traveling with my husband and our four children. I also have a love for home decor and shopping. A couple of things on my bucket list include an Alaskan Cruise and a road trip out west to explore Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and Montana."
